Zero signals from Khust, all transmitters dead (71.9, 88.2, 91.5, 89.1, 101.2, 101.9, 103.7, 106.8)
Here they get replaced by: 88.2 - RMF FM Kielce, 101.2 - RDN Szczawnica, 103.7 - Europa 2 Kosice
ZahidFm+ 88.2, Radio7 91.5 back on air. The others are still off.
91.6 is humming, no audio

103.7 Huculske plays the same playlist of songs every single day, the playlist is around 18-20 hours long. It has no RDS anymore and it has no sound processing (No EQ + Mono)
101.9 Zakarpattya has the worst audio EVER. The modulation is very wide (around 300kHz) and the volume is high, it is basically earrape. The stereo pilot carrier has a high pitched tone which can be heard all the time. There is another weird sound that can be heard every 3-4 seconds + the transmitter's hum. The RDS volume is so high that the TEF668x chips can't decode it unless the bandwidth is set to 114kHz or lower. Absolute trash, and they don't want to fix it. 105.1 audio is fine but no RDS, 101.6 is fine, 104.4 has the default encoder message.
88.2 ZahidFm+ has wide modulation but the sound is okay. The RDS volume is low.
91.5 Radio7, good modulation, good audio, very low RDS volume.
101.2 UR1 everything perfect except no RDS. Same as UR3 106.8
89.1 doesn't seem to be on, I did receive it once but it was half a year ago. Basically doesn't exist most of the time
71.9 has the soviet polar stereo technology, which modern tuners cannot use, so it plays in mono. The shutdown schedule is weird. I'm happy to still see an OIRT station in ZK.

12:56 - Radio Khust 89.1 transmits with less power, no sound. Zakarpattya Rakhiv 105.1 is still with half power..

Radio Khust 89.1 is not working today, no transmission. I hope it doesn't disappear for 3 years again

I have noticed that the transmit power has changed, the signals are weaker, especially on ZahidFm+
ZahidFm+ is transmitting with low power, its very noticeable in a car receiver, the signal used to have high strength, now it barely works in the city. Maybe it's a backup power source. I have been listening to the station for 2+ years now, when it was still named ZFM+ and 103.1 had RDS.. the signal has never been this weak.
UR3/Radio Kultura Rokosovo is transmitting silence.
Very interesting. UR2 Promin 71.9 still broadcasts even during the break but with lower power.

UR3 Kultura audio works now. I think some technician came to my server? Someone joined to check and after 5 minutes it started working
Zakarpattya FM 101.9 switched to extremely low power. Went down from 80dBf to around 30dBf on the server. In the car it's impossible to receive now. Weaker than Radio7

Meanwhile they restored the power of their relay in Yasniya (104.4).. Now it's impossible to receive Lvivska Khvylia at my location because of that :S
Silence on Radio Promin 71.9
Zakarpattya FM 101.9's RDS is sneaking into Huculske 103.7 somehow. Very weak RDS even at 63dBf of signal, I wonder if this is my receiver overloading or a real thing, there have been cases before. Could anyone with perfect coverage of the transmitter verify? (around Khust)

The harmonics from this transmitter are crazy. It's all over the band, 103.5, 103.9, 103.1...
All Khust transmitters off right now. I hope they fix the power issues this time

Maybe then Nacrada (National radio and television council) was checking radiostation according to revision plan. Radio Khust restored broadcasting for week because to avoid get a big fine for air off for a long time.

До речі, теж саме приймав на частоті радіо Хуст - йшла трансляція Світ ФМ. Можливо хтось буде в тих краях і зможе перевірити знову

Severe audio problems with 101.9, sounds like the frequency is off-centered, but I can't verify with a waterfall. RDS still works
89.1 on default RDS settings again, maybe it follows the tradition of 104.7.

I'm also wondering what's going on with the audio stream of Radio7. The stream dies quite often and for long periods (~ 1 week). Silence on 91.5 even now.

No, 101.9 seems to be the same as before. The dynamic PS seems to be a bit more responsive but that could be placebo. The RDS volume is set to the maximum possible, on some tuners the RDS will only work if the bandwidth is set to low (56-84kHz), e.g when the signal is weak. I think I heard the same story about Radio Jazz 105.4 from Lviv
89.1 is not as loud as 88.2/101.9 but still decently loud. The signal strength is around the levels of 101.2/106.8 (these two state-run stations have good, quiet audio, but no RDS).
I wonder what the real power values are for these stations, but I guess we can only speculate if the papers don't match the reality.
From my observations the stations are in this order from strongest to weakest:
I have also invented values for a scale.
1. Zakarpattya FM - 1.00
2. ZahidFm+ - 0.70
3. UR1/UR2 OIRT/UR3 - 0.40
4. Huculske/R.Khust - 0.30
5. Radio7 - 0.05
I was too lazy and jumped to conclusions too quickly with Закарпаття ФМ 101.9 yesterday, I'm sorry if I provided wrong information.
The RDS seems to be fixed now after I checked with a TEF6686 tuner. Doesn't work anymore between 56-84kHz BW and works properly on 97kHz-311kHz (doesn't get stuck, the dynamic PS flows continuously). The sound seems to be different as well, but I can't confirm that 100%. 89.1 still sounds much better but maybe it's because it's not as loud.

Hello, my server has been not available for years. I quit the hobby and I don't have my equipment and location anymore. I'm only occasionally reporting the changes here, from what I can receive in the car.
