The server has been quite active lately, don't forget to take the occasion to scan. I can say that this is the best server for receiving Ukraine, as it can receive most stations from the western half of the country with just weak tropo. On OIRT you can also hear even Vinnytsia/Zhytomyr sometimes (the server is in IVFK)
Edit: it died after a few minutes, what a shame.. i hope it will come back soon
