1. Maybe there will be a competition, but only regulator knows when. In my opinion to enter in MUX5 is easy, if you are a local TV company (those 2 empty TV channels aka "tests" are reserved to local TVs), but Pidbuzh won't ever have such TV company....maybe someone from Truskavez or Drogobuch, but it's not very realistic. Ex BankTV, in my opinion is reserved to some goverment TV, so no competition for this place. Xsports...i don't know, i never heard that some TV company is happy to buy that license (yes, you can change TV company without making competition, and it already happend in ukrainian DVB-T2).
2.No there are no specifics.
3.There is only one antenna system for all DVB-T2 MUXes. 36 TV channel migh be "dirty" or amplifier is working with less power.

Ok thank you. I must correct my antenna or wait for analog TV off at yours country and improving signal by change antenna system at the transmitter on Підбуж (Дрогобицького району), гора Магура.

Currently you have maximum capacity (kW) on all transmitters in the country as provided for in the GE06? Nothing is known of the possibility to increase the power of your transmitter after switching off of analogue television in you?

this is 200w of transmitter, max permitted erp by GE06 is 760w

200w of transmitter + 7.5 db of antenna give you maximum 1124w

THERE ARE NO PLANS TO INCREASE TX POWER AFTER SWITCH OFF! I cannot talk about possibilities, there is always a possibility to increase.

760 W ERP how much is to kW ?

it is the most powerfull for this transmitter+this antenna configuration. it will be 1.124 kW

760w is 0.76kW

Ok I ask you because I thought, that ERP is otherwise converted to kW.
So if 1.124 kW is the most powerfull for this transmitter and will be the so only way to increase the range of the transmitter will be antenna configuration.

and it should be final date, because a lot of frequences, that are used for analog TV, should be prepared for LTE auction in the end of 2017
