Hello. We don't have any kind of plans.
Ukrainan tv and radio national council made a requist to ukrainian national radiofrequency committee, if Dobromil TV tower can also be used for DVB-T2 emissions. We are talking about tv frequencies in this case, about internal ukrainian and iternational coordination, not about Dobromil TV tower capabilities.
That's all for Dobromil. Sambir is not affected at all.
I hope, that Підбуж (Дрогобицького району), гора Магура will increase the power or raise antennas broadcasting :) And that will not be damping towards Polish. Is it real ?
About Dobromil: I hope that emission of DVB-T2 will be started on this object after approval by the Council. Please information me on this section when will be the decision. Ok ?
Pidbuzh: I don't see any good reason to increase power and keep actual omnidirectional TX antenna.

But I see good reason to increase the power. Polish people could watching your's DVB-T2 but you can't increase the power towards Polish please don't damping signal in the future. For now frequency Ukraine - Polish do not interfere himself, so we can increase the power on the west, if you want, can and need this doing :)
It's all about money. Ukrainian TV channels are not able to pay more for better ukrainian coverage, I'm sure that they won't pay for polish coverage.
If there will be a decrease of broadcasting price, maybe something will change.

If I have to give you some approximative time period, I'll say that it won't be before autumn. But that is only radiopermit. After National Council has to make some rule or competition to determine provider for those DVB-T2 TV channels. And maybe after those TV channels will be included in global network.

Exactly, it's only radio permit. They still will need "burocratic" permit.

Sure. But this plan is not valid anymore. I can suppose that new one won't be similar to previous one, but I don't know it for sure.
For sure, first stage must be West, than Nord/Center and then rest.

The deadline for Ukraine was 17.06.2015. But because of crisis and war this deadline has been cancelled. New date of analogue TV shut down is 2017, but it is not finally date.

1. Maybe there will be a competition, but only regulator knows when. In my opinion to enter in MUX5 is easy, if you are a local TV company (those 2 empty TV channels aka "tests" are reserved to local TVs), but Pidbuzh won't ever have such TV company....maybe someone from Truskavez or Drogobuch, but it's not very realistic. Ex BankTV, in my opinion is reserved to some goverment TV, so no competition for this place. Xsports...i don't know, i never heard that some TV company is happy to buy that license (yes, you can change TV company without making competition, and it already happend in ukrainian DVB-T2).
2.No there are no specifics.
3.There is only one antenna system for all DVB-T2 MUXes. 36 TV channel migh be "dirty" or amplifier is working with less power.

This channel started as regional Lviv channel, but for sure now it will become more and more national.

Today in the MUX-3 in digital terrestrial television (in standard: DVB-T) in Poland, the channel: TVP Sport (SD) has started. The TVP Rozrywka channel (MUX-3) has been removed from digital terrestrial television.
The TVP plans to launch the TVP Sport channel in the HD version of digital terrestrial television most likely on MUX-8, and it depends on the TVP negotiations with Emitel (probably the equivalent of your Zeonbud) regarding the price for entering on this MUX and broadcasting there. Negotiations began at the end of April this year.
Of course, most probably, in addition to this channel, other TVP channels would broadcast on MUX-8, such as perhaps again in terrestrial digital TV: TVP Rozrywka.
TVP in MUX-8 can put two channels: one in HD and the other in SD or: three SD channels.
Work is in progress on the transition to Full HD channels of the Regional TVP3 channels (most likely ending with the end of 2019 or 2020). I think there is a high probability that in such a quality the channel will appear on MUX-3.
