Yes, but main ukrainian radios are not interested in digital broadcast. Sometimes I think it's similar to situation before 2011 with digital TV.
Until FM won't be shutted off nobody will apply for DAB.

I meant something else. The ITU entry on your site was wrongly assigned to the second KRRT tower on Lysa Hora.
